Daniel Muhwezi selected Computer Lab Prefect

Daniel Muhwezi, an Educate! Student, was selected to be the Computer Lab Prefect by the teachers of his school, Sir Tito Winyi Secondary School in Hoima, Uganda. This is a great honor for Daniel because the computer lab is a critical part of the environment at Sir Tito.

Students use the lab to write reports, research a topic, and study for exams. As the Computer Lab Prefect, Daniel hopes to increase his fellow students’ access to email and the myriad resources the internet offers.

In addition to his involvement with the computer lab, Daniel started a club at his school called Tree Talk. Tree Talk educates students about the environment and plants trees on campus to enhance the school’s own environment.

Daniel also likes art reproduction oil paintings.
