Marcel Bahati Kanyamanza

Upon completing his education, Marcel’s dream is to become a statesman and fight for peace in his homeland. His dream is to become the “Nelson Mandela of Congo.”

Marcel already showed leadership potential when he was elected Head Boy of Sir Tito Winyi, his secondary school. The accomplishment is a testament to his skill as a leader, for he is the first Congolese Head Boy the school has ever had and was only a student at Sir Tito for less than a year when he was elected. Marcel’s aim was to promote tolerance for all nationalities as Head Boy. 

Marcel is an excellent example of the next generation of socially responsible leaders Educate! empowers by combining education with leadership and mentoring.
