We’ve measurably impacted over 160,000 youth since we began in 2009, thanks to the generosity of our partners and supporters who share our belief in the power and potential of young people.
By 2035, Africa is projected to have the largest workforce in the world.
At the same time, just 28% of youth are enrolled in secondary school.
In 2019, we designed and implemented a new model for out-of-school youth — a financially sustainable learning, financing, and business support platform for high-volume, informal economy businesses to help young people gain the skills they need to succeed in the informal sector.
We’re honored to have our new solutions recognized by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and with your support, we are eager to serve more youth through new industry-specific bootcamps in Kenya, and beyond.
