This is a great short one pager to explain why Educate! is unique- our Impact, Return on Investment, M&E Approach, Scaling and Education Reform. This clearly differentiates Educate! from other orgs and shows our position as the leaders in skills-based secondary education in Africa.

If used during a meeting, you can further go into detail about the program components verbally, or if used in a written document, you can further describe the program components. Great for someone looking for an in-depth understanding of our work in Rwanda.
RCT Data One Pager
This highlights key results from Educate!’s Randomized Controlled Trial on the impact of the Educate! Experience compared to a control group. It is the most authoritative evidence we have that proves Educate!’s impact. This would be 1st piece of evidence you use when someone wants to understand our impact. Points to highlight:
·Emphasize impact on income: Educate! grads earn DOUBLE the income of their peers.
·Emphasize the outsize impact on girls: Educate! female grads earn MORE THAN DOUBLE the income of their peers.
Graduate Long Term Impact
Graduate Long Term Impact Data- This document highlights results from Educate!’s internal evaluation of Graduates 1-4 years after completing the Educate! Experience. It is not as authoritative as the RCT results, but for those who want to see longer term Graduate impact this is a great document to show. (Specific study details are included in the document)
·What is included?
o% of Grads in University or employed
oWhether grads have their own business or a job
oJob creation statistics - % of Grads who employ additional people
oAverage monthly income for Grads 1-4 years after graduating
This is a very broad overview of Educate!–what we do, why we do it, how we do it impact and recognition. This is a great introduction to Educate! and can be used at conferences/events where someone might be meeting Educate! for the first time. It is a great teaser to get someone curious to learn more and also a handout so they have something to remember us by. Created with a general audience in mind.
This builds on the Educate! One pager and provides a more in depth and sophisticated description of Educate!. Includes background, model, impact, scaling, awards and long term plans. This is a great document to send to people when first being introduced or in advance of a meeting. Great for an audience that is slightly more sophisticated than general audience.
