Diana Mwai
Global Director of Policy & Partnerships
Diana joined Educate! in February 2013 as a Senior Program Manager. She has helped manage Educate!'s team to successfully deliver the program at scale in 250 schools in Uganda’s Central and Eastern regions of Uganda.
She graduated from the University of Nairobi with an Economics degree. She received her Master’s in Public Management from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. After graduating, she worked as a National Program Coordinator at the African Network for the Prevention and Protection Against Child Abuse and Neglect (ANPPCAN).
Diana is committed to working alongside young people and believes they are the solution to Africa’s poverty-related challenges. She brings experience supporting youth entrepreneurship, child protection, and livelihoods for vulnerable groups across Kenya, Ethiopia, and Uganda.
Diana has been with Educate! since 2013.
