Kenley Jones

Kenley leads global finance, operations, and partnership delivery. She specializes in optimizing revenue operations and ensuring grant requirements are met, while maximizing impact.
Kenley previously worked in strategy and operations at One Acre Fund, a social enterprise dedicated to improving incomes for smallholder farmers. In her role, she oversaw the Kenya Innovation Lab and spearheaded the launch of new sales channels to reach more farmers and expand organizational impact. She holds a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Case Western Reserve University and earned a Master’s in International Development from Sciences Po in Paris.
Kenley’s passion for education was ignited during her time as a Peace Corps volunteer, teaching secondary school in Sierra Leone. She is deeply committed to improving education systems and ensuring students are prepared for career success. She was drawn to Educate! because of its focus on creating scalable solutions that build the skills youth need to thrive in today's economy.
