Rudolph Ampofo

Product Director, SIFA

Rudolph has experience designing and implementing EdTech strategy, including program and product design, systems-level support, research design, and management for national EdTech initiatives.

Rudolph holds an M.S.Ed. in International Education Development from the University of Pennsylvania, an LL.B. from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a BSc. in Business Administration from the Catholic Institute of Business and Technology.

Over the past decade, Rudolph has worked with multiple African Ministries, supporting efforts to improve foundational literacy and numeracy, and collaborating with partners like FCDO, the World Bank, and UNICEF.

Rudolph has a strong interest in working at the intersection of empirical evidence and implementation, not only to improve foundational learning but also to ensure African youth realize the returns they dream about when they place their faith in the education system. This means creating opportunities for youth to drive Africa’s growth and economic development. That is what draws Rudolph to Educate!

When Rudolph is not working at Educate!, he is working on ways to improve the foundational literacy and numeracy of neurodivergent learners in Africa.
