Overview

To guide the Educate! community on good ethics in our behavior and actions, and provide a framework for making decisions and taking actions that are considered right while promoting the well-being of our team and the populations we support.

Objective

This Ethics Guide establishes a shared understanding of the standards of responsible social behavior expected at Educate!. It is a broad framework that helps Educate! employees make values-aligned decisions and decide appropriate courses of action when faced with an ethical issue. As a large and complex organization, we achieve good outcomes when at every level each one of us exercises sound judgment in fulfilling our particular roles. The purpose of this Ethics Guide include the following:

• Communicate Educate!’s clear intention to do business responsibly, creating a positive peer pressure to maintain a high level of sound, values-aligned judgment.

• Address important matters that affect the reputation and integrity of Educate!. This Ethics Guide helps to avoid innocent violations by sensitizing everyone about matters that may not be immediately obvious.

• Demonstrate to Educate! Partners that we value integrity and conduct business accordingly.

• Serve as a reference point for corrective action.
