January 2025 All Hands Call

During this All Hands Call, we reviewed our 2025 org-wide priorities. We also heard an update on the Child Protection & Safeguarding initiatives across the org. We learned about MEWAKA, the teacher training model in Tanzania, and celebrated our cultural tenet “One Team, Many Views.”

While Boris addressed several questions during the call, he has also provided written responses to the Ask Boris Anything questions that he wasn’t able to cover live.
