At Educate!, Florence partners closely with the Chief Executive Officer to strengthen internal systems as the organization scales. She supports the design and implementation of cross-cutting initiatives, including building the infrastructure for responsible AI adoption and developing internal policies and guidelines.
Florence pursued graduate studies at Duke University. Before Educate! she worked across the clean energy sector, including at REDAVIA GmbH, where she supported the rollout of solar energy to more than 500 households in remote Tanzanian communities. While at TEMA, Tanzania’s leading women-led clean cooking company, she supported efforts that have reached more than 100,000 households.
Florence has been with Educate! since 2025.
