Fred Olaka
Director of Finance and Operations
Fred oversees finance, operations, and compliance to support organizational stability and responsible use of resources in service of Educate!’s mission. His work helps ensure the organization can operate effectively, manage risk, and invest where it matters most.
Fred holds a Master of Business Administration from Uganda Management Institute and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom). He brings deep experience in finance, operations, tax, and compliance across the East African nonprofit sector.
Committed to operational excellence, Fred sees strong financial stewardship as essential to long-term impact. His experience navigating complex regulatory environments helps ensure resources are used effectively to support young people as they build the skills to lead, work, and create opportunity in their communities.
Fred has been with Educate! since 2016.
