Policy & Partnerships Principal Strategist
Lynda leads digital and teacher development initiatives at Educate!, supporting the design of scalable, technology-enabled training systems that strengthen teacher practice and government ownership. Her work focuses on helping educators confidently integrate digital tools into everyday teaching.
Lynda brings a background in information systems and experience working across the humanitarian and development sectors. She has supported the development of large-scale digital public goods and worked with government partners to strengthen product ownership and data-informed decision-making. At Educate!, her work connects human-centered design, technology, and policy to improve teacher support systems.
Lynda was drawn to Educate!’s belief that young people thrive when equipped with practical, future-ready skills. She centers her work on teachers as key partners in that effort, designing systems that strengthen their capacity and support sustainable opportunity for young people.
Lynda has been with Educate! since 2025.
