So… we have this amazing performance philosophy. But how do we move from philosophy to practice?

Performance doesn’t improve because we “try harder.” It improves because we align, clarify, give feedback, and create conditions for people to grow — not grind.

We also want fewer unspoken norms and more shared guidance (aka no guessing games). Here are the guiding principles on how to put the performance philosophy into practice.
