How to Fill Out the 360 & Self-Reflection Forms in Culture Amp
As part of the 2024 Professional Development Process (PDP), it's important to provide thoughtful feedback to colleagues and complete your self-reflection. These two videos give a step-by-step guide on how to fill out the 360 and Self-Reflection Forms in Culture Amp.
Notifications to Expect:
Give Feedback: You will receive an invitation to provide feedback for your colleagues. If you're a supervisor, you’ll also get an additional notification assigning you as a coach for your direct reports.
Self-Review: You’ll also receive a prompt to complete your self-reflection. It's a good idea to save the self-reflection for last after providing feedback for others.
Steps to Give Feedback:
Block Time: Set aside time on your calendar to provide feedback and complete your self-reflection.
Feedback Volume: If you receive too many feedback requests, notify HR for assistance.
Pro Tip: Start with one person to gauge the time it takes and familiarize yourself with the process.
How to Give Good Feedback:
Be Honest: Always give sincere feedback. If you're uncomfortable, consult the person’s supervisor or HR.
Focus on Behavior: Use the SBI (Situation-Behavior-Impact) Framework to provide specific, actionable feedback that focuses on behavior rather than the person.
Confidentiality: The "Performance Overview" section (agree/disagree statements and free text) is shared only with HR and the manager, not directly with the individual.
