Markus Goldstein, Africa Lead Economist and head of the Gender Innovation Lab at the World Bank, wrote about the evidence for our soft skills curriculum as implemented as part of a condensed, bootcamp format. In this Article, he shares the results of the 3-week bootcamp we helped run in 2013, which had 30%+ income gains three years later. He concludes, “Overall, this is a cool result – and one of the stronger I have seen for youth-oriented training.”
